一、 製作環保垃圾酵素的比率和做法：
材料： (比率)
黑糖(1)：1 公斤
菜渣/果皮(3)：3 公斤
水(10)：10 公升
做法：
1. 首先把水和黑糖順時鐘方向攪均勻後再放入菜渣/果皮，需留一些空間讓它發酵。
2. 必須發酵至少三個月。在釀製過程不需擔心將會產生臭氣，只需將容器蓋好。
3. 需讓黑糖水蓋過垃圾，把浮在液體面上的垃圾按下去，使其埋在液體中。
4. 垃圾液應該呈棕黃色，有橘子般的刺激氣味。
5. 如果液體呈現黑色，即是腐敗成功了。
6. 如果發現蒼蠅卵，不必擔心也不用對它進行處理。
7. 如果發現家裡的蒼蠅不見了，這是因為釀製過程的化學反應會把蒼蠅溶解在搖籃裡。
8. 釀製完後的垃圾渣可以繼續留放在缸底和下次的鮮垃圾再次釀製垃圾酵素，或者切碎加黑糖後沖入馬桶，或者再切成小丁後曬乾，可埋在土裡作肥料。

想要有钱，和致力要有钱，是不一样的
只要還活著，我們每天就會「失」去某些東西，例如時間，但是我們一定要把握「得」的機會，這是老天跟每一個人在對玩的人生遊戲；我們也可以不失去，只要小心一些，聰明一些，平時多進修一些知識及新資訊，當我們有機會「得」的時候，就看我們可以抓住多少？留下多少？這是操之在我們，我們自己的能耐！
從前有兩個年輕人，一個叫小山，一個叫小水，他們住在同一村莊，成為最要好的朋友。由於居住在偏遠的鄉村謀生不易，他們就相約到遠地去做生意，於是同時把田產變賣，帶著所有的財產和驢子到遠地去了。
他們首先抵達一個生產麻布的地方，小水對小山說：「在我們的故鄉，麻布是很值錢的東西，我們把所有的錢換取麻布，帶回故鄉一定會有利潤的。」小山同意了，兩人買了麻布，細心的綑綁在驢子背上。
接著，他們到了一個盛產毛皮的地方，那裡也正好缺少麻布，小水就對小山說：「毛皮在我們故鄉是更值錢的東西，我們把麻布賣了，換成毛皮，這樣不但我們的本錢回收了，返鄉後還有很高的利潤！」
小山說：「不了，我的麻布已經很安穩的綑在驢背上，要搬上搬下多麼麻煩呀！」
小水把麻布全換成毛皮，還多了一筆錢。小山依然有一驢背的麻布。
他們繼續前進到一個生產藥材的地方，那裡天氣苦寒，正缺少毛皮和麻布，小水就對小山說：「藥材在我們故鄉是更值錢的東西，你把麻布賣了，我把毛皮賣了，換成藥材帶回故鄉一定能賺大錢的。」
小山拍拍驢背上的麻布說：「不了，我的麻布已經很安穩的在驢背上，何況已經走了那麼長的路，卸上卸下太麻煩了！」小水把毛皮都換成藥材，還賺了一筆錢。小山依然有一驢背的麻布。
後來，他們來到一個盛產黃金的城市，那充滿金礦的城市是個不毛之地，非常欠缺藥材，當然也缺少麻布。小水對小山說：「在這裡藥材和麻布的價錢很多，黃金很便宜，我們故鄉的黃金卻十分昂貴，我們把藥材和麻布換成黃金，這一輩子就不愁吃穿了。」
小山再次拒絕了：「不！不！我的麻布在驢背上很穩妥，我不想變來變去呀！」小水賣了藥材，換成黃金，又賺了一筆錢。小山依然守著一驢背的麻布。
最後，他們回到了故鄉，小山賣了麻布，只得到蠅頭小利，和他辛苦的遠行不成比例。小水不但帶回一大筆財富，把黃金賣了，更成為當地最大的富豪，他又樂善好施，因此子子孫孫都成為有福報的人。
我們還固執的做著那份表面上看來似乎是沒有風險而有保障，能賺錢又安逸的工作嗎？
但不同的是：懂得變通和在生命中堅持的人。
當試煉期過去，耕耘的人得以歡喜收穫、大方享受，唯有敢行動，不停為將來鋪路的人才可以真正實現他的夢想。下決心不難，難的是行動。如果我們永遠都只是想，而不去行動的話，夢想永遠都只是空想，付諸行動才是成功的不二法門。

炸油变肥皂
1.廢食用油（炸過的油）三公升
2.氫氧化納（化工原料行買）四百五十公克
3.不繡鋼鍋及杓子與冷水八百五十CC
4.香精（適量，隨個人喜好）
5.模型盒：豆花盒、布丁盒、豆腐盒、餅乾盒
作法圖解：
●廢食用油先用濾網過濾，倒入保特瓶中。
●將氫化納放入鍋內（最好戴口罩）。
●慢慢加水攪拌溶解至透明狀（約廿分鐘。●溶解後把濾過的油一點一點倒入鍋內，一邊加油一邊攪拌。
●隨個人喜好添加香精。
●顏色由深咖啡色轉變像米漿的顏色，表面沒有油絲 ，就可以將皂乳倒入模型中。
●肥皂乳放在通風的地方讓它凝固，約一個月的時間才能使用。
●環保手工肥皂放越久越硬越好用，洗廚具、抹布、襪子效果佳。

殷彩霞出生在甘肃省某县的农村，在那个贫困的地方，村里的其他姑娘，无论美丑，早就到南方沿海城市去打工挣钱了，每到春节，她们都会打扮得花枝招展，大包小包的提回来。而殷彩霞高中毕业后没这么做，很多人都不理解，毕竟她的长相在村里是数一数二的。为此，她的父亲经常骂自己的女儿没出息。
Xia lived in a small village of province of Gan Shu . All ladies in this small village, no matter she is pretty or not, went to Southern part of city to earn money. Every spring time, they will come back with money and beautiful cloths. Xia didn't follow after she finished her secondary school. A lot of people don't understand what is she thinking of as she has the pretty face and body. And because of this, her father always scold her.
听说当地一所民办小学缺老师，她主动跟学校要求免费代课。因为她中学成绩就很好，顺利的通过了学校的文化考核，成为一名真正的民办教师。
When she heard of the only primary school in the village needs some teachers, she volunteerly ask to become a free teacher. She is a very good student in her secondary school and because of this, she easily pass thru all the test and became the teacher of the school.
当殷彩霞第一次走进课堂的时候，孩子门哗然了，他们从未见过如此漂亮的女老师。从此，教室里常常洋溢着孩子们的欢声笑语。说是教室，其实也就一遮风挡雨的茅草棚，树杆埋成的墙，石板搭起的课桌，砖头码起的讲台，最值钱的就是那块用青砖砌起之后经打磨又刷了黑漆的黑板了，粉笔不够用，常以石灰与泥巴代替。就是在这样条件下，殷彩霞教会孩子们认识了几千个汉字，也教会了他们很多做人的道理。

一天夜里刮大风，茅草棚盖的学校屋顶被掀翻，黑板也被刮倒。第2天孩子们上学的时候各个不知道所措。校长去找县教育局长要钱结果无功而返。老校长晚上回来对殷彩霞说，局长说要你去才给。从来没有出过远门、也没有见过世面的殷彩霞怕把事情搞杂了，胆怯的步行10几公里去了县里。局长的办公室装修很豪华，墙上挂着很多锦旗，办公桌黑里透红，可以照见人影，上面立着一面小国旗，椅子是皮的，好象擦了鞋油一样光亮，比他的脑袋还要亮。局长见到殷彩霞，色咪咪聊了很多不着边际的话。直到天黑了，校长指着另外一扇门对她说，跟我过来拿钱。当殷彩霞走进去的时候，她只看到了一张床，也就是在那张床上，她失去了她的第一次，确切地说，是局长夺走了她的第一次。

The headmaster visit the province's education minister for some money to repair the classroom and come back with nothing. Headmaster told Xia that the minister said only will give money if Xia ask for it. Xia never meet any minister before and afraid that she will make the things worst and decided to visit the minister. She walked more than 10km to the province ministry office and sit in a beautiful office in front of the minister. Minister's eyes looks hungry and point to a room and said to Xia. Your money is in the room, if you want, follow me. Xia saw a big bed in the room and is the bed that she lost her virgin. Minister raped her.

8块5毛钱让所有人流泪
一天中午，一个捡破烂的妇女，把捡来的破烂物品送到废品收购站卖掉后，骑着三轮车往回走，经过一条无人的小巷时，从小巷的拐角处，猛地窜出一个歹徒来。这歹徒手里拿着一把刀，他用刀抵住妇女的胸部，凶狠的命令妇女将身上的钱全部交出来。妇女吓傻了，站在那儿一动不动。歹徒便开始搜身，他从妇女的衣袋里搜出一个塑料袋，塑料袋里包着一沓钞票。歹徒拿着那沓钞票，转身就走。这时，那位妇女反应过来，立即扑上前去，劈手夺下了塑料袋。歹徒用刀对着妇女，作势要捅她，威胁她放手。妇女却双手紧紧地攥住盛钱的袋子，死活不松手。妇女一面死死的护住袋子，一面拼命呼救，呼救声惊动了小巷子里的居民，人们闻声赶来，合力逮住了歹徒。 众人押着歹徒搀着妇女走进了附近的派出所，一位民警接待了他们。审讯时，歹徒对抢劫一事供认不讳。而那位妇女站在那儿直打哆嗦，脸上冷汗直冒。民警便安慰她：“你不必害怕。”妇女回答说：“我好疼，我的手指被他掰断了。”说着抬起右手，人们这才发现，她右手的食指软绵绵的耷拉着。宁可手指被掰断也不松手放掉钱袋子，可见那钱袋的数目和分量。民警便打开那包着钞票的塑料袋，顿时，在场的人都惊呆了，那袋子里总共只有8块5毛钱，全是一毛和两毛的零钞。为8块5毛钱，一个断了手指，一个沦为罪犯，真是太不值得了。一时，小城哗然。 民警迷惘了：是什么力量在支撑着这位妇女，使她能在折断手指的剧痛中仍不放弃这区区的8块5毛钱呢？他决定探个究竟。所以，将妇女送进医院治疗以后，他就尾随在妇女的身后，以期找到问题的答案。 但令人惊讶的是，妇女走出医院大门不久，就在一个水果摊儿上挑起了水果，而且挑得那么认真。她用8块5毛钱买了一个梨子、一个苹果、一个橘子、一个香蕉、一节甘蔗、一枚草莓，凡是水果摊儿上有的水果，她每样都挑一个，直到将8块5毛钱花得一分不剩。民警吃惊地张大了嘴巴。难道不惜牺牲一根手指才保住的8块5毛钱，竟是为了买一点水果尝尝？妇女提了一袋子水果，径直出了城，来到郊外的公墓。民警发现，妇女走到一个僻静处，那里有一座新墓。妇女在新墓前伫立良久，脸上似乎有了欣慰的笑意。然后她将袋子倚着墓碑，喃喃自语：“儿啊，妈妈对不起你。妈没本事，没办法治好你的病，竟让你刚13岁时就早早地离开了人世。还记得吗？你临去的时候，妈问你最大的心愿是什么，你说：我从来没吃过完好的水果，要是能吃一个好水果该多好呀。妈愧对你呀，竟连你最后的愿望都不能满足，为了给你治病，家里已经连买一个水果的钱都没有了。可是，孩子，到昨天，妈妈终于将为你治病借下的债都还清了。妈今天又挣了8块5毛钱，孩子，妈可以买到水果了，你看，有橘子、有梨、有苹果，还有香蕉......都是好的。都是妈花钱给你买的完好的水果，一点都没烂，妈一个一个仔细挑过的，你吃吧，孩子，你尝尝吧......” 不管你是否回帖，希望在你的心里祝福一下你的妈妈！那样，即使她不知道，也会感到欣慰的。至少你是一个合格的孩子！！ 我先下了，希望路过的人们不要让它沉下去，拜托了！！ 我在这里澄清一下，我不是要贴，我是觉得这样的事，应该让更多的人看到，以便引起大家的思考，还有就是让那些表面上看上去很好，但是不孝敬父母的人有所思......

Straighten up and fly rightUntil we can travel by fireplace, Harry Potter-style, the only way to get from Los Angeles to ondon is by carbon-spewing jet airliner. One simple change can help: adjust the exit and entry points each nation sets for its airspace so that planes can fly in as straight a line as possible. Last year the International Air Transport Association negotiated a more direct route from China to Europe that shaved an average 30 minutes off flight time, eliminating 84,800 metric tons of CO2 annually. Unifying European airspace as a "single sky" could cut fuel use up to 12%. Pilots could also change the way they fly. Abrupt drops in altitude waste fuel, so experts are advocating "continuous descent" until the plane reaches the runway—where it could be towed instead of burning fuel while taxiing. Of course, the best way to reduce plane emissions is to fly less. At least until the fireplace is ready for takeoff

According to the U.S. Department of Energy,75% of all the electricity consumed in the home is standby power used to keep electronics running when those TVs,DVRs,computers,monitors and stereos are "off". Compared with a machine left on 24/7,a computer is in use fourr hours a day and turned off the rest of the time would save you about $70 a year. The carbon impact would be even greater . TURN FOOD INTO FUEL
Are CORN HUSKS better than CORN for producing energy ? Ethanol is the alternative fuel that could finally wean the U.S. from its expensive oil gabit and in turn prevent the millions of tons of carbon emissions that go with it . The Deparments of Energy had doubled its 2005 commitment to funding research into BIOFUELS - any nonpetroluem fuel source , inculding CORN,SOYABEAN,SWITCHGRASS,MUNICIPAL WASTE and (ICK) USED COOKING OIL . Already half of the nearly 2 billion bushels of corn produced each year is turned into ethanol and most new cars are capable of running on Eio(10%ethanol and 90%gas). Yet the eco-friendly fuel is beginning to look less chummy of late . Some of the ii4 ethanol plants in the U.S. use natural gas and yes even coal to run the processors. And ethanol has to be trucked . Existing gas pipelines can't carry it b'cause it corrodes iron. Then there're the economics . Producers depend on federals subsides and increasing demand for corn as fuel means the kernels keep getting pricier.
That's why researches are prospecting for more alternatives preferably ones that don't rely on good crops or a 13cent-per-liter-tax break . Municipal waste wood pulp and leftover it grain and corn husks are all quite attractive ; they can produve something called cellulosic ethanol which contains more energy than coen . But they don't give up their bounty easily so for now they're more expensive than corn-baed ethanol to produve . Understand, researches at several cellulosic-ethanol plants are developing innovative enzyme concoctions and heating methods to make the process more economic . Cities can save energy and money by illuminating public spaces with LEDs . Last December Raligh,NOrth Caroline , turned one floor of a municipal parking garage into a testing ground for LEDs . The new white , brighter fixtures use 40% less electricity than the high-pressure sodium bulbs . ALthough they cost 2 or 3 times as muc , they can go 5 or more years without upkeep. Traditional bulbs must be replaced every 18 months. CHANGE YOUR LIGHBULBS
the hottest thing in household energy savings is the compact flurescent lightbulb-CFL,a funnly looking swird that fits into standard sockets . itcost 3-5 times as much as convertional incandescent bulb yet use one-quater the electricity and last several years longer. They are available virtually everywhere lightbulbs are sold . Most labels dont say CFL and in some cases the telltale twist is enclosed in frosted glass . The wattage gives them away : 7-watt CFL are comparable to a regular 40-watt bulb
Cfl have come a long way since they were 1st introduced in the mid-90's but b'cause each bulb still contains 5mg of mercury , you're not supposed to toss them out with the regular trash , where they could end up in a landfill . So the bulbs are one more thing for you to sort in the recycling bin.
Light-emitting Diodes or LED, dont have thi problem, but they can require a bit of DIY rewiring . LEDs work great as accents and tash lights and you can also buy LED desk and floor lamps .
